Accord Property Management offers a full range of services, including community management, in-house accounting, and rental management. Our all-inclusive management contract clearly outlines what you’ll receive and how much it will cost — with no hidden fees. Our team works closely with each association’s board of directors to conduct well-organized, efficient meetings; generate comprehensive, easy-to-read financial and management reports; and provide professional support based on our combined knowledge and experience.

Assessment Billing Services:

Monthly, quarterly, and annual billing statements or monthly dues coupons are distributed at the beginning of each fiscal year
Assessments are mailed to our local office for immediate deposit in the Association’s bank account
Online assessment payment by credit card or bank draft
Late notices as determined by the Association’s published Policy on Collection of Assessments
Respond to account inquiries from homeowners
When necessary, the coordination of lien and foreclosure procedures with an independent collection agency
Monthly Financial Reports, including:
Balance Sheet
Reconciliation of bank statements
Budget variance reports
Income and expense details by account number
Accounts receivable details with age analysis
General ledger
Check register

Review invoices and prepare checks for signature. Assist in the preparation of an annual operating budget and the distribution of the annual disclosure package. Cooperate with the CPA chosen by the Board in the production of the annual review or audit and preparation of the Association’s tax returns.
